​       Guidelines for Admission

• Every parent has to visit and fill the enquiry form first. It includes details of the child and the parents.

• Admission to Grades Nursery and KG will be through informal interaction of the parents and child with Head Mistress and teacher.

• Admission to Grades I and above will be based on the written entrance exam conducted for the child. Date and time for the interaction/entrance test will be intimated to the parents.

• Final decision of giving admission (and in which class) will be of the Management based on the Test/Interaction. Parents are advised not to fill more than one enquiry form for one applicant.

• The Registration fee will be submitted by the parents along with the first installment only after the confirmation of the admission.

• All the admissions will strictly depend upon the Age Criteria mentioned in our website. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. The Management’s decision will be final.

• Fees may be paid in the school A/C office from 8:00am till 2:00pm on all working days or otherwise through online payment. First installment has to be paid along with the registration fee and that is non-refundable.

• Mode of Payment: Fee can be paid Online, Paytm or by Demand Draft.

• The Demand Draft must contain student’s name, class, section, admission number, and contact number at the back of the draft. Date of payment is the actual date of realization in bank, parents are advised to deposit fee well in advance in case of Bank Holidays etc.

• Fee for the entire academic year can also be paid together at the time of admission, but No Discount admissible.

• Late Fee Payment Penalty – If the fee is not paid by the stipulated date, a late fee penalty may also be charged.

• Non-Payment of Fees for a further of 90 days after the pay by date shall result in Cancellation of Admission. The school reserves the right to revise/amend the Fee Structure from time to time, as per guidelines of SMC.

       DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:

• Birth Certificate.

• Proof of Residence Address – Aadhar Card/ Passport/Electricity Bill/Ration Card /Voter ID

• Photocopy of Child’s Aadhar Card – Original to be shown

• School Leaving Certificate (Class KG onwards)

• Latest Report Card of the last school attended (Class KG onwards)
